Jeremy J. Shartzer

J eremy was born and raised in the greater Harrisburg area. He graduated from East Pennsboro Area High School Class of 1994 and from Elizabethtown College Class of 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

In 2000, he received his degree in Funeral Service Education from Northampton Community College.  He was nationally recognized and voted Funeral Director Student of the Year by the faculty and students at Northampton Community College.

Currently he attends Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Enola, Pennsylvania.

He serves as Vice President as well as a member of the Capital City Funeral Directors Association.

He is a member of United States Department of Homeland Security - Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team Region III, National Funeral Directors Association and the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association (PFDA).

In association with PFDA, Jeremy serves on the PFDA Golf Committee to help raise funds and support the Highmark Caring Place, a center for grieving children and their families.
