Lois S. Robinson, age 86 of the Sarah Todd Home and formerly of Mechanicsburg, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center. Born May 28, 1926 in Johnstown, she was a daughter of the late Herman M. and Florence (Smith) Sprengel.
She was a former employee of Hiram G. Andrews Rehab Center, Johnstown and a member of First United Methodist Church, Mechanicsburg.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband John Wesley Robinson, daughter Jan McCullah and sister Marjorie Carlson.
Surviving is her son Alan B. Robinson and wife Nancy of Mechanicsburg; three grandchildren Daniel Allen, Rebecca Ann and James Brett Robinson and a brother Larry Sprengel of Highpoint, NC.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 22, 2012 in First United Methodist Church, Mechanicsburg where there will be a viewing from 10:00 a.m. The Rev. Michael V. Minnix will officiate. Entombment will be at the convenience of the family in Richland Cemetery, Johnstown.
